Progressive schizoprenia

Progressives tell us a woman should have the right to choose (to kill her baby). They put a nice spin on it, denying the humanity of the unborn. On the critter scale, they would put the unborn child1 somewhere below the level of baby seals, puppy dogs, and tadpoles. I guess they still hold to the dis-proven "ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny" theory.

But they angrily deny that a woman should have the right to her weapon of choice to ward off attacks from college rapists, or other nefarious ne'er-do-wells. No choice for her to use a 30 round magazine against a home invasion.

1 NOTE TO GRANDPARENTS: Don't let the left set the vocabulary. Refuse to say, "I am going to have a grandchild." You already have one. She just hasn't been born yet.
